Founded by owner Dave Barajas, Sr. in Sterling-Rock Falls, IL (where the bakery still operates) the extensive coffee cake menu features both classic and more creative varieties all in the name of making delicious, high-quality, and sometimes whimsical coffee cakes that customers love.
